Marketing diagnostics

Twenty years of experience is exactly what makes marketing work in the era of AI.

The tools have changed. Where the money leaks hasn't. I help established businesses find out whether their marketing is actually working — and fix the part that isn't.

Diagnostic

Diagnostic: the three things I get asked every week.

I don't sell awareness, engagement or vibes. I look at what you're spending, what it's returning, and where the handoff is broken. AI is not going to work that out for you — not unless you already know where to look.

Spend Return
What I hear

“I pay $2,000 a month on Google Ads and I'm not getting anything.”

The spend is rarely the problem. It's usually broad-match burning budget on the wrong intent, then landing whoever survives on a page that never asks for the business. You're not losing money on ads — you're losing it on the handoff.

“How do I know if any of it is actually working?”

Because nobody set the measurement up to answer that question. Last-click attribution and a default GA4 install will happily tell you a confident, wrong story. You need conversions defined against revenue, not form loads.

“Why isn't my website converting anymore?”

Friction accumulates. A pop-up here, a cookie banner there, a chat widget over the phone number, three years of committee-written copy. We take things away until the offer is obvious again.

Paid Media Audit & Management

A line-by-line look at your Google, Meta and LinkedIn accounts to find wasted spend, wrong-intent traffic and campaigns nobody has touched in a year.

Analytics & Measurement

Getting your tracking to tell the truth. GA4 and GTM cleanup, conversion definitions that map to revenue, and one dashboard you'll actually open.

03

Website Conversion

Making the site earn the traffic you're already paying for. Message clarity first, friction removal second, testing third.

04

Marketing Ops & AI Enablement

Using AI where it genuinely saves hours, and refusing it where it produces expensive noise. Twenty years tells you which is which.

Two decades in the trenches.

I've sat on the agency side and the client side, through the shift to search, the shift to social, and now the shift to AI. Every one of them arrived promising the fundamentals no longer applied. Every one of them was wrong.
